ALLERGIES
Allergic reactions tend to multiply and intensify for those who mature unhealthily. There exist three basic categories of allergies: those caused by contact; those caused by inhalation of natural, artificial, biological and/or chemical substances; and those caused by "food" (mostly by the kind that is also harmful to consume). Suggested home remedies for each type of allergy follow. Please note that all three types of allergies are airborne —directly by contact and inhalation, and indirectly via "food," especially of the commercial variety. This means that their sources literally travel through the air and settle on all environments, including "food." Until the day comes when we have purged the world of airborne toxins, we must be careful about where we go, what we do, what we eat, what we touch, and with whom we interact in any way.)
A: Contact allergies can be addressed by consistently cleansing and disinfecting your environment, especially your home and workplace. Most important is regular, thorough washing of the face and hands with natural bio-organic solutions. The use of chemicals — including perfume, cologne, cosmetics, toothpaste, soap — is a dangerous and frequent cause of allergic reactions. Another frequent cause of contact allergies is wearing manmade fibers. Physical contact with humans and non-humans is always conducive to many contact allergies.
B: The variety of allergies caused by the air we breathe (and have polluted) has multiplied drastically since the Industrial Revolution. We have produced thousands of substances, most of which can and do cause allergic reactions, some of which can be severe. Modern conveniences such as central heating, central air-conditioning and vacuuming also circulate many allergy-causing particles both man-made and natural, particularly dust mites, molds, fungi, viruses and bacteria.
C: Much of what we eat and drink weakens and destroys both interior and exterior health. "Foods" that cause allergies also weaken every bodily system, increasing the likelihood and severity of premature aging. The most common "food"-based causes of allergies are dairy, meat, and wheat and its derivatives. Some people even manifest allergies to whole natural foods, not because of the foods but because of the chemical imbalance within those people, an imbalance that is, ironically, often caused by their chronic ingestion of meat and dairy.
Here is a list of suggested solutions to combat or eliminate such allergens and the reactions they cause:
AIR FILTRATION — OZONE: (A, B C): Even the best air filters are ineffective; worse, most collect, breed and disperse the same allergens that they are supposed to combat and eliminate. The Ozone air-purification method is the only viable means of cleansing the atmosphere of our homes and automobiles, our schools, workplaces and other gathering places. These health-promoting units produce oxygen (03) that actually finds and destroys airborne microbes, carcinogens, biological parasites including dust mites, and other pollutants.
DEHUMIDIFIERS: (A B): Dehumidifiers reduce humidity by as much as 65 percent, neutralizing the proliferation, mobility and effect of airborne pollutants.
FUNGICIDES: (A, B & C): Your environment and your food should be regularly cleansed by wiping them with natural anti-fungal solutions such as peroxide, which is inexpensive, available, and can be easily diluted with pure water.
WOOD; TILE, MARBLE, AND OTHER NATURAL STONES: (A & B): These natural substances should replace carpeting as environmentally beneficial flooring. Carpets are breeding grounds for pet dander, mites, molds, chemicals, and other dangerous residents. You can, however, place easy-to-clean natural fiber throw rugs on your carpet-free flooring.
FOOD: (C): The exclusively bio-organic Longevity Diet not only provides you with delicious nutrition, but is, with rare exceptions, antiallergenic. The immunity-building nutrients of The Longevity Menu strengthen the body, allowing it to resist many allergy-causing substances.
HOMEOPATHICS: (A, B & C): This natural pharmacy provides a wide range of allergy-reducing and allergy-eliminating benefits. In addition, homeopathic treatments have neither side effects nor any other counterproductive consequences.
ESSENTIAL OILS: (A & B): Placing essential oils in your nostrils helps relieve allergic reactions and prevent potential ones.
SANITARY MASK: (A & B): During allergy season — and in severely polluted environments — you can temporarily resort to using a sanitary mask, which can be found at medical supply stores because it is used by medical personnel.
