The Best Supplements for Boosting Energy
I love the blue green algae and have never felt so great while I was taking it. I ran out and haven't been able to find where to order it...can you help me? I really want to order a whole case. It really made a huge difference in my energy level and overall feeling of health. If I start and end the day with 2 oz of blue green algae, I feel like a new woman!

Naturalzing.com sells and delivers 5 bottles for $147. with no add'l shipping cost. That's slightly more expensive than my local health food store.

The Best Supplements for Boosting Energy

The number one-supplement to boost energy is blue-green algae. Raw form of algae. In most of the world today, you can go into the frozen section of a health store and get a frozen verity of blue-green algae. Our research is showing that that’s about 40% more effective, meaning that you have more of a cellular update absorption of it. It’s less expensive if you choose properly too.
Beyond that, there are a whole lot of things you can take, depending on a person’s biochemistry, needs, etc. Are you sleeping enough? Are you exercising? You know they really are the energy givers. Yesterday I worked out for three hours inside the sauna room. I was sitting there for 20 minutes then, I started to walk and run around. I felt giddy. I was so excited about it. That’s how you get energy.
Another thing we have observed over the years is that about half of the people who are depressed at light to moderate levels can stop their depression if they will just exercise. It may be that you have a low amount of oxygen in your bloodstream. Maybe you are a little bit anemic, you don’t have enough B-12, you’re not getting enough greens into your bloodstream. All of those things contribute to lethargy.
