Tooth ProblemsArticle Comment
The book longevity in lifestyle only contains youth fatality stamina do any of the books deal with tooth problems on a vegan diet, under weight, wanting to gain weight ect.
Well let’s address each one….
I’ve written a lot about dental problems and oral problems over the years but I don’t think I’ve put any effort into putting this into one book.  You’ve given me a good idea for a upcoming book.
What I have talked a lot about is weight and a living food diet. The most notorious thing I’m seeing is when people get on a living food diet there all shocked that they become thin. Let’s wake up people, healthy food does not put weight on your body. You’ve just been use to eating totally none healthy food your entire life.

It made you fat as hell. The fact of the matter is, healthy food that goes through your body  has a high fluid high liquid content and massive nutrition in it. It goes in and it goes out without leaving debris behind. That’s why you get thin. Let’s wake up, I wish I could tell you, you can heal yourself on every level just on diet. In history up until very recently approximately 4 generations ago, every person did not have a gym membership.
Every person other than a had full 4 or 5 percent the aristocracy did physical labor everyday. My grandmother who actually worked in the house had larger biceps than I do and I go to the guy 3 times a week. Why? She refused to get one of those new fan dangled washer machines. She would go down into the basement with a scrub board, and actually scrub the clothes. She liked that and believe me she had biceps.
My grandfather worked on the rail road when he was 12 years old. My grandfather was always a very strong man, he did not need gym. Now because we watch other people in sports on our televisions while we sit there and drink Pepsi, Coke and drink beer. We yell a lot, and don’t do a lot, and then sit there and say to ourselves I have no idea why I’m getting thin, I have no muscles.

The only weight you want on your body is muscle weight. When I was 240 lb’s and my best exercise was in my thumb, was the clicker for the tv and my foot where the peddle for gas. I couldn’t figure out why when I got down to 219 lb’s why wasn’t I healthy yet when I was eating a pure raw food vegan diet. I was completely avoiding the fact that I needed to exercise.

You can not and will not be healthy on any diet if you do not exercise. Certainly you will be thin and over weight if you do not do weight lifting weight bearing exercise. This is not an option; every one of us listening today must be doing resisting exercise at least 3 days a week. If you do not do this you can not be healthy. It’s that simple, as I mentioned earlier there’s evidence from the all timers’ research that all timers will reduce by ½ if you resistance exercise.
I’m going to tell you if you do resistance exercise you going to start to look like the people you admire. Who by the way all do resistance exercise, who have the nice bodies who have the hard bodies the sexy bodies. You’re going to feel better about yourself. Maybe you won’t be so appt to put bad things down your throat. You feel so bad, maybe you’ll feel better maybe you’ll get a since of a real high so you don’t have to get loaded anymore and over eat. That’s why resistance exercise is important. To be a living fooder that’s healthy you must lift weights.
Everything from non spiritual yoga, to non competitive gymnastics, weight bearing where you’re lifting your own body weight. To the machines now that you get on and there very safe. No matter what age you’re at they can be utilized, to free weights. But you don’t start with free weights because you can injure your self.
Those of us listening, be prudent, try to get a well trained trainer to at least guide you in the early stages, so you don’t make mistakes or take ten years like I did to learn how to really lift weights. That’s the answer on weight gain and weight loss. Its weight lifting that’s going to help you with that.
