History of Hippocrates Health Institute


I’m Viktoras Kulvinskas – born in Lithuania during World War II.  I have taught
college mathematics for several years, also involved for many years—half a
decade—in computer system analysis with such companies as MIT, Apollo,
Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.  I was a Type A personality, highly
driven and accelerated the aging process so that by the time I was 28, I was
forced into retirement due to advanced arthritis, cardiovascular complications,
tumors, my face was covered with pimples and acne.  I was suffering from
migraines about twice a week, and in spite of all these restrictions, I was able
to work 24/7, very compulsively involved and immersed in my work. 

I asked the universe for guidance.  The medical community offered no answers and
sure enough, I ended up contacting Dr. Norman Walker, the Juice Therapy
Specialist, and then several other natural paths and eventually met Ann Wigmore
at the Rising Sun Christianity.

Years later, I overcame the arthritic limitations and at the age of where I’ll
be—70—in a matter of February, most people would find difficulty getting into a
full lotus—never mind a rising full lotus—It has made a best different in life. 
Not only flexibility, my skin is that of a young person, as well all the other
wonderful attributes.

We had an exciting adventure.  We started off by not knowing too much outside of
knowing that we wanted to be of help and to serve the community—the world. 
There were very few people who were at all interested or drawn toward our path,
so we had a great time to be experimenting and looking for divine guidance in
order to find the answers.

Initially, we started off as a vegetarian group and it was called, initially,
The Red Schoolhouse.  That was prior to my arrival.  When I met Ann, she had
already started the Rising Sun Christianity which is a branch of Unity Church
and after a few years, we knew that the name needed some modification to be more
mainstream oriented.  Otherwise, it would continue to sound like a cult—maybe a
good one, so we came up with Hippocrates Health Institute.  We were the
co-founders.

I, myself, was a very strong driving force, having a technical background and
willing to work whatever hours it required.  I ended doing plumbing, carpentry,
as well as publishing and promotion and many other tasks such as gardening,
running the kitchen.  I loved submersing myself fully into that level of
service.  I took no salary.  I took on the vows of chastity, service and enjoyed
it fully.  The work allowed me to express a tremendous amount of creativity and
had a magazine and no books outside of Why Suffer?, but it was not a How-to
book. 

I knew that how-to books were the way to go—namely, what is our program all
about? So eventually, we put together Be Your Own Doctor.  I designed the cover
which was a beautiful cover of two trees in a figure of naked man and a naked
woman, totally embracing one another.  It was a cover and a book that I felt
drawn to promote it.

I left with Shiloh Farms for six weeks and toured all the health food stores in
about 40—somewhere like 40 states—and introduced Ann Wigmore to the world. 
Because of doing this, we were able to start seeing a new growth of clientele. 
We went from 2–3 guests, to starting to have closer to 10 guests. 

I also got involved in local work which meant approaching radios and television
networks.  I even got myself on Channel 7 with Dr. Steer, the head of Harvard
Nutritional Department to discuss and debate the issue of vegetarianism.  After
it was all over, he shared with me that he will never go on television with
another vegetarian; didn’t like to be outspoken with scientific data because by
that time, I was already spending tremendous of time at Harvard Medical Library. 

Ann Wigmore was very busily doing her own research with pets and showing
exceptional results with the wheat grass and feeding them live food and we were
also seeing results with our guests.  We saw that the more raw food orientation,
the more likelihood of success.  And later on, we started understanding the
foundation for that success-namely oxygen-rich foods. 
Oxygen escapes the food in a process of cooking.  Alkalinity is lost in cooking
because it disorganizes the collation, or the structure of minerals.  Their
orbits, or collation—which is hooked up to amino acids—that increases radically
the absorption rate, dropping it by as much as 80% from the original absorbed
capacity.

Also, the most key element was the enzymes.  These are the flagship nutrients
that make all the difference in the world.  It is the loss of enzymes in the
cooking at low enough temperatures of 120 degrees Fahrenheit, they start
becoming disorganizes in a matter of minutes, they end up being lost in this hot
environment. 

Enzymes are the driving force.  They are the blue collar workers.  Without them,
there is no work going on within the body.  So, by means of increasing the
enzymatic environment, you increase the work force and not only do they support
the digestion—which is what most people are familiar with—but they are also the
key driving forces for immune system function—the police force, the driving. 
They are the energy—the combination of minerals and enzymes, basically crank up
the immune system functions and by just research, like Dr Leskovar, who showed
by taking orally-administered enzymes within 20 minutes, the natural killer cell
activity goes up by 1300%, the macrophages, by 700% and basically, the immune
system becomes super strong. 

The result is of course, it defends you against not only pathogenic microbes,
but also basically all the environmental chemicals, helps to detoxify your
system and having high enough volume of enzymes allows you to have, among other
things, flexibility, quick recovery.  They are using it with athletes—enzyme
supplementation—and the consequence of it is in Karate, you have a reduction of
athletic damage as much as 70% and when damage occurs, such as strained ankles
and tissue of markings and blow-related injuries, you find that the rate of
increase is 50–80% more rapid recovery.  So, instead of taking 12–16 days the
recovery is in a matter of a few days.

All this research about enzymes is found in one of the most exceptional books,
Enzymes, the Fountain of Life by three medical doctors, Miehlke, Lopez and
Williams. 

The pioneer in enzymology was the doctor that I excavated and became good
friends with—Dr. Ed Howell.  When I was working, doing research at Harvard
Medical Library, while still being part with Ann Wigmore, I would be working at
nights 5 to 8 hours until closure, and I discovered the manuscripts of Dr.
Howell. 

Dr. Howell’s manuscripts were entitled, The Influence of Food Enzymes on
Metabolism and Digestion.  I saw that I found the most important key to the
science of raw foodism.  It took me about 2 years to track down Dr. Howell and
to become friends and he gave me permission to print this book—to publish it.. 
I wrote the introduction to it, which was about 25 pages long, to catch up with
the earlier history of enzymology, and then I followed it up with an
introduction to Dr. Howell. 

Some years later, other individuals, like Steve Bowers who was also on
Hippocrates’ staff, he translated the book into more common language of the
street so that every individual could understand it.  It became Food Enzymes by
Dr. Howell.  My initial book, which is still in publication, it had 500 medical
journal references on enzymology.  It’s entitled Food Enzymes For Health and
Longevity; introduction by me, as I said, and by Dr. Ed Howell.  That is hard
reading.  It’s medical reading.

I, myself, having a mathematical background, found myself in a matter of a few
years, very comfortable with the medical literature.  I was very fascinated by
the influence of these three important nutrients.  The fourth one was basically
the full spectrum of minerals by introducing sea vegetables and Blue Green Algae
and also the influence of Chlorophyll.  The research about Chlorophyll was
expensive—especially pioneered during the 1930s and early 40s, until drugs and
other things took over.  During that 10-year phase, a tremendous amount of
research was published by the medical community of the therapeutic value of
crude chlorophyll, especially dealing with anemia.  Every form of anemia was
treated successfully with crude chlorophyll. 

Now, here at Hippocrates, we continued to basically from successfully, though
continuously at a very, very challenged budget, because we were not very wise in
the commercial sense.  It took Brian Clement and Anna Maria to really organize
the Hippocrates on a more commercial and being able to pay it’s weight on
expenses.

We were charging, in those days, $60 a week, basically for people to stay.  That
was basically definitely a humanitarian project, but even at that price, as I
said, we had very few people coming.

One of our most early outstanding guests was an individual, his name was Joe,
and he came with his wife and he was an architect that had lost the use of right
hand due to whatever the conditions might have been.  But we put him on raw food
and the paralysis in right arm, in a matter of four months, disappeared.  He had
complete use of his hands.  That took quite a lot of patience and trust on his
part.  He continued to lose weight and then he regained his weight on a more
concentrated—allowing both raw and cooked food type of dietary approach.  We
didn’t know how to manage this whole weight gain in those days successfully.

I, myself, was for over 2 years, on basically not only live food, but at 95
pounds in weight and some would have said I was basically anorexic.  Whatever—I
detoxified going from eyes that were black with four stress rings and in a
matter of many years, the eyes got lighter and lighter and the condition overall
disappeared.  Now I have blue eyes.  Dr. Jenson, an irodologist, he said I was
an example of a walking zombie and I true enough—if it hadn’t been for the live
food, I would have died long ago.
We connected very early in our history with Essene teachings and that’s what
pushed us to continuously moving into a live food direction.  So, we got rid of
the cooked foods.  We got rid of basically the breads that was a weekly event. 
The butter that was part of the program or individuals were indulging, as well
as also the delightful cooks use and we started innovating tastier and tastier
recipes.

That was 35 years ago.  Now we have the most outrageous tasty recipes due to the
influence of the great chefs that worked with me some years ago, like Sherry
Soyle, basically the Living Life Culinary Institute, www.rawfoodschef.com and
basically I continue to support and she has trained many 5-star chefs that work
in some of the finest restaurants in the world as well as basically some of the
top spas. 

And basically, live foods can be as exciting and diverse and beautiful and
wonderful as any cooked food dishes, except you don’t leave the table or in a
matter of a few hours, hungry, tired, fatigued and aging rapidly.  Now you’re
able to enjoy the live food experience and carry on normal life.  Most cities,
at least the capitals and many of the lesser cities have life food oriented
restaurants and now practically any restaurant you go you can request a live
food meal.

This is the progress we feel very strong of and Ann Wigmore and myself devoted
our life to making this happen.  Ann, interestingly enough, when she started she
was a very fascinating woman.  The major thing about Ann was the visionary and
complete obsessive compulsive dedication to the movement.

She asked continuously for divine guidance.  When I met her, she was very
disorganized, incoherent, disheveled, and the kind of things that would not
attract others to her overall fold.  For me, reading Why Suffer? was uplifting
and I knew this is something that I, myself, would want to spend some time,
especially when she offered me the position of working from the farm at
Hippocrates Institute. 

The combination of excitement of helping people and being in a humanitarian
cause, I devoted myself.  Ann was very strict about her live food juices, wheat
grass, wheat grass implants.  She hardly ate anything—always very marginal
amount of food.  Ann, as I said, due to her visualization, dedication to the
cause and asking continuously for guidance from the creator, the woman—in a
matter of years—I recall some years later after I left the Hippocrates, I would
be coming back—she had not only become such a magnet for drawing the right kind
of people to make things happen, but her day was perfect scheduling, she dressed
in a most glamorous fashion that was very natural.  She conversed on such a high
level and was an individual that was called for to be a speaker and participate
on a very expansive nature with research and Sweden, and in the end, so many
areas.

She was also very trusting—trusting to the point where an individual who was
extremely intimate with Ann, who was 10 years younger—basically when Ann was
away for about half a year in India doing research, he basically took over the
Institute and took over everything that was related to Ann’s work and completely
disavowed Ann out of the Hippocrates Institute.

He was a great organizer, a smoother talker and a schmoozer and when Ann came
back, she couldn’t even get in.  The doors—had the keys changed and Ann was out. 
It was Brian Clement, who was requested—who had come from a European tour at
that time—was requested by Ann to help her out.
Sure enough, with legal work, Brian’s brilliance, in a matter of not time, the
institute was again under Ann Wigmore’s name. 

However, this guy, Steve—without mentioning last name—also borrowed extensively
against the institute, thus questioning the ability of the institute of
surviving and without Brian’s or someone’s expertise of management, it would
have been definitely questionable just because stability of market and paying
the bills was something of a high overhead, considering that we were located
right in downtown Boston, the results would have been treacherous, disastrous.

So, Ann pleaded with Brian to take over it.  Brian understood some of the
difficulties in working with Ann and he requested that he could not be fired by
anyone but the Board of Directors—this was a non-profit organization with a
Board of Directors—so that it wouldn’t be on the whim of Ann and basically, for
non-performance.

Brian performed outrageously well and basically they ended up having
difficulties with another at a certain point and because Ann had basically
relatively non-scientific orientation and was taking some postures that were not
necessarily the most advantageous, though intuitively they worked well with Ann
who had the constitution of an elephant and, as a result, things that might work
with a singular individual, might not work with everybody else.  Such as
rejuvelac, being a good example, which is very acidifying and unless you have a
strong kidney, it certainly is not something you want to subject everybody who
is basically coming from a wide acidic dietary habit to continue on with this
product; and the issue of supplements, etc., etc., and as a result, Wigmore and
Brian Clement broke their ways.

Brian—and at that time, the Hippocrates Institute building, which was purchased,
interestingly enough, for $200, by the fact that Ann was anticipating a major
grant from the Sherpel Foundation in Washington, D.C., and her partner,
basically who helped, stayed in the background, did a lot of writing and
basically helped Ann to groom herself in every possible way.
Fred Gardenhimer, he took off to get the funds and Ann convinced the owner of
the property that the funds will be there, sell it to us, sign it over and here’
s a $200 down payment.  Well, sure enough, it did not happen as Fred not only
came back, but actually came back you might say, in a sack. 
He came back and basically the foundation decided that due to own mismanagement
of funds, to basically create a threatening life condition, so Fred was
kidnapped at his leaving of the train station and basically, by three men who
took him to Rhode Island in the middle of winter.  Fred, with only a mild jacket
and at the age of a little over 90, he was left in the woods to pass away. 
Well, it fooled them.  He was strong constitution, a lifetime vegetarian, so he
walked all that time with strong winds and cold weather, but like I said, a
strong man—and he ended up at a payphone and he reached me.  I drove over and
picked him up. 

We never got that money, but we had the contract and now it was up to us to meet
the payments.  And sure enough, almost we used to meet it, but always somehow
myself, Ann would say “Viktor, call some people.  We need fundraising.”  So I
would call up a bunch of people who had been helped by way of cancer or diabetes
and other conditions, and sure enough would raise $5,000, $20,000 and the place
was once again safe for another period. 
But the building was basically in deterioration.  We operated at about 30%
capacity.  Because of the location and all that and also very turn around staff
and it was also a lot of crime was committed in that area—theft, so it made us
feel uncomfortable, unsafe, as well as the population of mice and rats and
cockroaches.

These are the motivation as well as poor electricity—and sad to say that poor
electricity was what was responsible for Ann Wigmore’s demise.  Basically, she
was—now the building was sold, but she had acquired, as a donation, the building
next door—another beautiful mansion—and during one of the major downpours, the
electrical circuitry ended up short circuiting and sparks were flying and
created a lot of fumes and also smoke production with minor amount of fire.  Ann
Wigmore tried to put it out herself.  The doors were locked.  It was her doors
to her sleeping quarters as well—also, she’d been called Fire Department, like I
said, she tried to combat it herself.  She was overtaken with smoke and passed
away.

The staff tried to get in basically hearing the smoke, and feeling it
downstairs, but they couldn’t do it, and basically by the time the fire
department came in, it was—they were able to eventually get through the door and
put it out but Ann Wigmore was overcome by smoke inhalation.
So, we had the loss of a great leader—someone who had very limited education,
but high beliefs in her and a great humanitarian and someone who devoted her
life to a cause that seems like no one else was willing. 

At that time, raw foodism was very extreme, very radical and myself, I supported
her and devoted myself to raw foodism and showing the signs behind it now in my
book, which was the consequence of 5 years at Harvard Medical Library of
research and getting the documentation so that we have a new model, basically of
cancer that shows how and why the Hippocrates program works in cancer therapy
and it was also a new model of diabetes.  I mean, this was—mind you—35 years
ago.  I advocated in my book. 

It was the first holistic book Survival in the 21st Century.  In the 21st
century, in a sense, holistic that it showed the importance of mental and the
thoughts and the feelings that you carry, because every time you are allowing
your mind to run with negativity, the hypothalamus is generating, basically
generating thought molecules that reflects what is going on.  Negative thinking
has to be processed your immune system.  It’s just like viruses—protein
complexes that reflects the thoughts you have and creates neurological, hormonal
agitation keeping you continuous state of fright and flight conditions. 

So, I addressed those kinds of issues.  Happiness is a choice and the signs of
happiness was major segment of my book because unhappy people need comfort food
in order to escape and suppress the cleaning reactions that bring to the surface
these organic compounds of your stored fatty tissues and they haunt you.  They
make you feel lousy and, as a result, you feel deprived on this live food diet
because it’s cleansing and bringing all of these negative thoughts and you want
to suppress them and you do it with cooked food.

The alternative is to just realize that’s what is going on.  It lasts
temporarily and take more HHI-zymes—Hippocrates Enzymes—both systemic and also
the HHI-zymes, and do more cleansing, more enemas and as taught in the Bible,
every disease is healed through fasting and prayer and basically take it to that
kind of level and eventually the demons of cooked food will not haunt you.  They
will not create any kind of comfort food effect.  Instead, all they’ll make you
is feel stupid, low energy—basically move you into continuous ever more so
unhealthy conditions.

I feel very proud of having had the good fortune of Brian Clement and Anna Maria’
s ongoing relationship for all these years, participating in the wonderful
training program that Hippocrates which is the health educator, as well as
participating in some of the ideas behind the Hippocrates Institute.

I was the formulator and designer of the HHi-Zyme and Systemic Enzyme, as well
as the weight-loss product that is presently going through testing, as well as
also other products that I’m working with Hippocrates in terms of bringing it in
also other researchers who have basically been part of Hippocrates’ mindset in

needed—only fertilizer—no insecticides, pesticides were required to grow perfect
vegetation, perfect fruit trees, perfect nut trees.

Result was I incorporated in my sprouting procedures.  I used to do expos on
feeding as many as 5000 people on a single weekend with a team of about 10
people.  We would do all the preparatory work and come in.  Having a complete
raw food restaurant at the expo, we use to have the busiest booth because our
foods were colorful, tasty, gave you high volume of energy and I had a great
rap.  And so, we were quite busy and the sprouting—sometimes I came in with
300-500 pounds of sprouts basically grown with sea water.  They had sea salt. 
They had the highest keeping quality.  My sprouts kept on shelves practically
twice as long.  They had a crunchier, sweeter taste and basically, they just
were vibrationally higher.  But eugenics, when you do research, you’ll find Dr.
Maynard showed that when you use full spectra mineralized nutrient dense foods,
then you overcome also genetic damages and he, in particular, did work with
mice. 

Basically he showed that inbred DNA damage, which resulted in mice dying within
a matter of nine months, and basically dying from lung cancer—when full spectrum
mineral foods were added to the program, nine months later, no mice were dead. 
Sixteen months later, no mice were dead.  Basically, you have overcome genetic
damage and instead of producing three litters, now they had produced during the
16 months, 10 litters.  So, we’re looking at all kind of changes that he did
research not only with number one leading cause of cancer, but also with
cardiovascular diseases.  In particular, he found that under full spectrum of
mineral nutrition, did not have the development of—basically, under the abuse of
chronic stress of basically high cholesterol, diet, the animals did not develop
high blood pressure or, basically, high cholesterol.

Again, that’s how strong is the impact of Blue Green Algae and also impact of
sea vegetables and the vegetables that you grow on your sprouting or land with
full spectrum of nutrition.  So, we have at Hippocrates a nutrient diet that is

So, I developed this procedure of indoor gardening for my Costa Rican project
which had very poor soil and I required, basically, hydroponic process of
growing.  So, it’s a program, Hippocrates, that can be done by anyone at home. 
A lot of people who are suffering from the conditions of disease and often
referred to as incurable by the medical community because they don’t know any
better, basically they should really—I recommend coming to a support education
environment and learn how to do the programs and get away from the home
environment which continues to encourage lifestyle choices that are continuing
to propagate of the conditions of inner toxemia, emotional toxemia,
dietary-induced toxemia, as well as other stress toxemia such as depriving
yourself of adequate rest by being on the computers, by being at your
television, etc. 

Here, we have a holistic program that works your physical body to exercise,
emotional counseling, mental upliftment, as well as educating how to manage—you
might say you’re going to be receiving the manual—the body user’s manual that
you should have received at birth and it would have been one that led to radical
life expansion.

We are based on a Essene tradition and scenes where an exceptional community of

anticipate long, healthy disease free life.

Also, we’re in an environment worldwide that basically, we’re subject to a
tremendous amount of basically, stress of all sorts.  You need a high, strong
energy body that is going to be able to hold up under the storms of radiation,
the storms of—basically, the influence of electromagnetic as well as also what
is coming out of the Zodiac.  You need to become intuitive so you’ll know what
to do as the environment is changing due to the greenhouse effect, due to the
strong radiation out of the Zodiac. 

Basically, the research has shown not only intuition increases, but also
according to Radiation Journal, animals that were exposed to lethal dosages of
radiation, basically were able to survive lethal dosages and basically, sun is
good for you when you are detoxified.
If you are toxic body, sun—you better cover yourself with all kinds of screens
and everything else like that.  However, after the—what is going on here—I’m
having a little feast being an uninvited guest of mosquitoes that are basically
trying to dine on me, so don’t mind me swapping them off my body.

Yes, they find myself a tasty morsel.  Maybe they don’t have anything else to
eat around here, poor things.

Anyway, so, basically I’m basically saying, love yourself and love others as
yourself.  What more could you do than the great teachings of all the masters? 
Most people have it in reverse and loving yourself means nurturing your body. 
It means not allowing yourself to have nasty thoughts whenever you feel
uncomfortable, it means something—nasty tapes are being played in your head. 
Just sing a song, say a prayer or do an affirmation and those thoughts are
forgotten very quickly.  And the quicker you do this and more immediate,
eventually bad thoughts will stop visiting you because you will have removed and
destroyed the energetic associated with those early childhood experienced that
are creating ongoing traumatization.

Eat only when hungry.  Never eat more than two cups of food.  If it was reduced
to liquid, by three cups you are starting to overstuff our body and making it
difficult for digestion.  Chew your foods or blend your foods thoroughly or run
them through a food processor or have them in a juice form because food is not
well masticated, is not well digested. 

Make sure that you have daily some form of fermented foods—green foods are
definitely the way to go—sunflower greens.  I was the discoverer of sunflower
greens.  After about a couple of years with Ann, I ordered by mistake sunflowers
that had the hulls on them.  I couldn’t behold them for use in the kitchen for
making seed milks and seed sauces, so I threw them in the compost and another
week later, I came back and my God, I found the compost all covered with these
beautiful greens and I did’t know what they were.  But sure enough, as I
excavated them, I found to be having sunflower in its original so I basically
started experimenting with them.  I’m growing them on trays and sure enough,
that was successful.

Likewise, buckwheat was discovered in a similar fashion.  Though buck heat is
pat of the rhubarb family, it’s great for thinning out the blood stream and
rapidly helping you to basically, to overcome all kinds of cardiovascular
conditions especially when you use in conjunction with live food, and systemic
enzymes, you see your cholesterol, in a matter of three weeks, drop by as much
as 50—some people have on average 50, but others have as many as 100 points
dropped.  Nobody in the world is able to see that level of success.

But buckwheat is basically not something to be used in the same volume as
basically as sunflower greens.  It’s great in a small quantity, maybe a couple
of ounces, up to 4 ounces, a few times a day, but if you’re using it in juice
form—as many as of the devotees of Ann Wigmore used to love the buckwheat, and
they’d be juicing trays of buckwheat—in a matter of 5 to 6 weeks, they would
develop pernicious anemia (thinning of the bloodstream)—once they discontinued
that and basically ate more sauerkraut, the conditions were corrected.

So, anyway, I backtracked to a few of the food that I was involved in
discovering, as well as I was the one that introduced fermentation because of my
work in the condition and fermented cheeses of all sorts which are okay on
maintenance diets, but it’s not part of a therapeutic program.  We don’t
encourage anything like that, though when you get well, then you can have a diet
that is out of 20% from acidic foods.

So, this is just kind of giving you a little summary of background.  I have been
involved—in 30 years, I yo-yoed to emotional conditionals—backwards and
forwards.  I have detoxified and if I’d understood the whole process of
emotional toxemia in relationship to the toxins that hypothalamus generates, and
as a result, I become even and steven and consistent and life would program it.

At Hippocrates, we have found that for maintenance, if you could do 80/20—80%
from raw organic diet and 20% basically from whole cooked foods, that will
maintain you in a health non-destruction body as long as you fast one day a
week. 

For healing and therapy an all life food program is strongly recommended and I
said jump-start the raw food program by coming to Hippocratesinst.org and
basically enjoy the experience.

Basically, get into daily exercise; some level of flexibility—whatever is
possible for you.  When I started my—basically I tend to become more flexible. 
Basically, all I could do was very limited movement with my ankles and this was
the level that I could, but years of the dissolution of calcium deposits which
came from the consumption of all the pasteurized dairy foods I love, basically
the flexibility returned.  So, exercise, weight training—during my weight
training days, I was able to gain one pound of lean muscle mass per week.  Brian
Clement and so many other athletes are good examples of what is possible on a
live food body. 
Basically, you need that resistance training in order to have good quality
calcium density in the bone mass and also just overall good physical muscles in
order to execute things that are desirable.
Like myself, I live in an area where to go from the village to my home, it
requires climbing an equivalent of 73 flights of stairs and it’s not at all
unusual for me to carry a 60-pound backpack all the way to 73 flights of stairs
without huffing and puffing—at 70.  Basically, that’s an advantage of feeling
more comfortable and empowered as an individual. 

So, basically, exercise; get adequate rest, and if you can’t fall asleep, then
basically, some of the digestive enzymes and calcium supplement, hot water will
basically help to relax your system, as it’s usually due to acidity and
irritation of your nerves by acid crystals and indigestion. 
So, that’s why HHi-Zymes in conjunction with a good vegan calcium
supplement—calcium magnesium—and you’ll find yourself falling asleep.  Do a
little bit of self massage—especially the eyebrows, ears and the fleshy portions
between the thumbs and index fingers.  It will relax your body. 
But you want to get at least 6–8 hours.  Some people will need 10 hours at a
certain point, but eventually you’ll find a less need of sleep and the more you
go to bed hungry, the less sleep you need.

Try to live in a low-pollution environment.  If you can’t, then have air
filtration systems in your home, basically, that will do it.
I’ll see you at the age of 120 and hopefully, we’ll be hugging one another and
hugging and celebrating our life at 150.  The rain is coming down and obviously,
I am getting wet and so it time to check out.  Loving you and embracing you, may
