Raw Foods and Enzyme-Deficiency

The union of a sperm and an egg is the enzyme-activity that begins human life. The vehicle of enzymes is a protein, but their essence is "electric". Hundreds of thousands of successful health- recoveries are due in great part to the consumption of living foods that contain large amounts of enzymes. In fact, the only natural source of enzymes is raw vegetarian food.
There is a popular belief that many foods are raw when they are eaten; but, in fact, many "foods" --such as sushi -- do not contain the enzymatic electrical charge that was part of the fish when it was alive. The best enzyme-rich food is sprouts, which are, literally, growing as you bite into them. Fresh fruits and vegetables, sea-algae and fresh water algae -- which should be eaten as close to harvest as possible -- are the second-best choices.
The work of such experts as Dr. Howell -- author of Enzyme Nutrition and father of the (nutritional) enzyme-consumption movement - proves that the enhanced electrical charge of these essential elements elevates cellular frequencies, creating greater immunological strength. And, of course, this enhanced cellular frequency helps to neutralize existing disorders. During the last several years, many studies have indicated that elevated enzyme-counts assist in combating cancer.
For several decades, we at the Hippocrates Health Institute have observed the reversal of disease due in significant part to the great energy that enzymes provide for a diseased body. Practically-considered, enzymes are positive charges that contribute to the eradication of negative or counterproductive life- forms. Via the hundreds of dark-field microscope-evaluations that are conducted on every person who attends the program, we have observed comprehensive electric-enhancement after the implementation of an enzyme-rich diet throughout a given period of time.
At the University of Southern California, Dr. Hunt conducted extremely-interesting studies involving both those who consumed food that lacked enzymes and those who consumed food that was rich in enzymes. The electromagnetic field of the bodies of those who consumed enzyme-less food - "void nutrition" - diminished. By contrast, the electromagnetic energy of those who consumed raw vegetarian food increased dramatically.
The nutrition of the future will be based upon the frequency of food and upon the contribution of that frequency to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy-levels. Our ancestors consumed an enzyme-rich diet; and, without question, that diet is the nutritional basis of human creation. We have wandered from this simple-yet-profound biochemical truth. Enzymes are indubitably at the heart of physiological healing; and they also benefit brain-waves, thereby stabilizing and enhancing the emotions.
Mother's milk -- our intended original food - should be our sole nourishment for approximately the first two years of life, and its plenitude of enzymes indicates nature's intention to make it so. Sadly, many people who were breast-fed, proceed immediately thereafter to consume "void" foods, thereby reducing their enzyme-count.
Enzymes are particularly-sensitive to their molecular destruction via cooking. Unfortunately, each of us is given only a limited supply of enzyme-energy at birth, and it must work to keep every system of the body in working-order throughout a lifetime. The only other source that we have comes from the food that we eat; but cooking food at more than 150 F kills enzymes! So what happens if you make some big enzyme-withdrawals when you catch a virus, do something physically strenuous, face an emotional crisis, breathe unclean air, or become extremely angry and then eat cooked and processed foods? The balance in your enzyme accounts diminishes severely and is not replenished, and your body faces enzyme-bankruptcy!
When this happens, the body sends an emergency-call to enzymes throughout the body and the body steals enzymes from glands, muscles, nerves, and blood to assist the demanding digestive process, Eventually, there is a deficiency of enzymes in the burglarized areas; and many scientists throughout the world believe that that deficiency is the real cause of many allergies and diseases.
The healing power of enzymes is absolute and proven. Almost every regulatory system of the body depends on enzymes and suffers from such things as coagulation, inflammation, wound-healing, and tissue-regeneration when they are depleted. The enzyme-account throughout the body is replenished by the living foods that we eat as the enzymes are absorbed into the blood to re-establish normal blood-serum enzyme-levels. To track the whole-body value of an enzyme-rich diet, researchers have tagged enzyme-supplements with radioactive dye and traced them through the digestive tract. They discovered the tagged enzymes in the liver, spleen, kidneys, heart, lungs, duodenum and urine.
Supplemental enzymes designed by Dr. Howell -- give us a better way to digest our foods and increase our enzyme-counts. When these supplemental enzymes are used, there is a reduction in symptoms of illness and an increase in energy.
