Save Your Life
Just listen to what I'm saying to you... Thirty-eight years later, hundreds of thousands of people in here, what I’m telling you is a fact. So get into your life, what it is you love. Do what it is that turns you on. Allow yourself to become healthy, not from vigorous work, and being healthy, but excessive work and begin happy. And that's how you do it. Happy people always eat properly. I don't know anyone who lives casually this way, well this way, who's not a happy person.
I don't know anyone that's truly happy that's ever been sick. When guests come into my office quite often, I quiz them, I say, "Why are you here?" They always generally pull out the violin and some of them pull out violins, cellos, and the string section.
They start with me and they say, "Well, I'm here to conquer the disease", and at the end of listening to them politely, I always bark back and say, "You're not here for the right reason. Why people come here is not to eliminate a disease, it's to become happy in their life." Recognize it. Disease is an incidental, temporary problem that takes away the ability for you to be happy. Do you follow that? And if you put it into perspective, you realize that's how little it is. There's this little, tiny dot in the middle of an extraordinarily large space. And it's temporary. But if you buy into the commercialism of disorder, the significance of it, and all of the memory you have, and the history of those people who became - this is a fun word to use - catastrophically ill.
My God it seems like a hurricane hit me. Catastrophically ill. You're going to go down. That simple. You buy into that, no longer is it a little dot in a large space, it's a little dot of hope, in a large space of disaster. Displace disorder, create harmony, and you will be happy, and you will become well, it's that simple. The conquest is not to find a new way to get better, it's to find yourself, and love yourself, and respect yourself, and I promise you, you will get better. And there's never an exception to the rule, that when you do all of that, you will eat properly, you will exercise, you will find God in your life. Because that's what heals us. But don't put the horse before the cart. Every healing I’ve ever worked with or been with is a spiritual and emotional healing first. It is not the physical healing first. Recognize that.
The food insists, to the biology, every cell in your body, that you become more enlightened. When you eat this food, one of the problems you have initially, quite simply, is that it makes us start to think in wider, larger, and more sensitive ways. Most of us do not like that, because when you start to think in wider ways, you see more. And when you see more, you aren't prepared to respect your life, you want to go back to your old patterns and your old habits. So you don't quite see as much. And you can be a fool, totally asleep.
So the food will create the potential for greater consciousness and spiritual connection, but in and of itself, it will not allow that unless the corridors of the mind, and the corridors of the heart, are widely opened. Because your intent is to grow yourself as a human being. So the first step again is that. It naturally occurs; it's sort of like a bud. And I always loved springtime when I lived in the North because you'd see through snow, first the crocuses. It's extraordinarily beautiful and hearty. It looked like, oohh it had muscles! They'd go like this: Come on! They'd come up through the snow, and then they'd open.
They'd open like that. That's really what it's like. Once you have the strength to push yourself beyond even the extraordinary experience that you're now temporarily going through, you will open up, and everything else will fall in place. Don't make this bigger than it is. Because, deep down inside of you, everything we teach here, is something you want to do to begin with. Because, it's a way that humans lived for all time, until very recently. It's very, very recently that we started to become completely wack. And what became more important to us is to follow the norm, than to follow your instinct and your heart.
That's where we made a mistake. And all of us fall into this pattern. Because, the disorder and the disease is what reigns on this planet today. (Order, happiness, and harmony are not in the number 1, number 2, and number 3 position anymore. Matter of fact, that's on the back of the bus somewhere; if you're lucky to find it. So, become an extraordinary human being by living in a way that you really have always wanted to do. And I assure you you’ll transform your life, no question about it. Now let's take a breath and we'll answer a few questions here. Any one have any fun questions or jokes.

Exactly. You hear what she said? How she recovered, it wasn't a miracle, but worked miracles in doing it. And the miracle is being courageous enough to be honest with yourself. That's the miracle. Isn't it amazing, we have to call honesty a miracle today? We have to call healing a miracle today?

Well, remember: the world's not everything outside of you, the world's you. The world's you. We have a wonderful group to come through here about three times a year called the health educators. And, one of the many things we have them achieve as students is to watch my favorite movie, called 'Life Is Beautiful'.
And, if you want to find the answer to your unfortunate view at this point, watch that movie. How many of you have see Benigni's movie? It shows no matter what the circumstance is, no matter how horrific things seem, no matter how big the disease is no matter how much you quote 'suffer', you change your view, the world's completely different. When I saw that film here in town, the theater was packed, and at times I enjoy going out to the movies. Everyone sat quietly for five minutes and sobbed, crying, before they got up and left.
And when I talk to our guests here from all over the world, they gave me the same message, and that happened. Why? Because when you see truth in action, when you see the power of the human condition in action, and what we're capable of, it touches us deeply. And why we're probably crying is that we're sad that we haven't had the courage that Benigni shows in that movie. What we see here everyday, why I do this work, it's like a first row ticket to incredible activity. And I see people come here broken, can't walk, can't talk, can’t think, and now, they're completely healthy, as healthy, if not more, than I am. And it's ten, twenty, thirty, forty years later. What's the difference between they and you? Perception.

Not at all. So, as a matter of fact, you have to look at the source of energy. As we teach the guests, our guests found out two days ago here, all life on this earth comes from the sun. So the closer we get to eating food that's close to the sun, the larger charge we'll get - have in our life. So it's partly as we just spoke together, psychological and spiritual, but it's equally empow3ering to eat energetic foods. Or I could sit all I want looking at a piece of chicken, or steak, or fish, and I'm never going to get the energy out of it. Yes.

No, what we've learned over the years, quite simply, is that ones mind is more important than my experience and this institute's work. So one has to adapt her or his program to their mental ability. Now, we're going to explai9n to them scientifically, exactly why that's not going to be effective. We're going to show them statistics and facts from the medical journals why that has failed.
Exactly. Now they have to, as we're sending responsibility back to people again, make a decision based upon their own consciousness, not my insistence. They'll be well educated. They're being told by the salesmen from the other profession exaggerated and embellished things. We're going to give them the facts out of the New England Journal of Medicine, and they can hopefully make an intelligent decision based on that. Yes.
(What are your thoughts on foods that grown under the ground, because the sun nourishes the food on top of the ground, but, what are your insights on food like potatoes and yams and...)
Well, all of those have leafs on them. There's nothing that just grows underground without a leaf protruding from above the soil. So, it is energetic from the sun, but it also picks up the vibratory energy of the earth. And what's really interesting, let me explain this to you: when I lived in Northern Europe, thirty years ago, and it was eating raw food, and you would go to a raw food event, or a raw food restaurant there, in the middle of winter; they were consuming a little bit of greens and sprouts, but mostly root vegetables. Why? Because, the energetics of the environment at that particular time was so low, that they resonated, that their biology resonated more so with low frequency raw frequency raw foods, than they did with high frequency raw foods. But what was amazing, and I spent three years there, we would watch now, by spring, we all converted over, people naturally gravitated to eat the greens again.
In Europe it's common that people go and eat metals every spring. My father in law, who's in his eighties, he loves to go out and pick petals. In Italy, they're picking dandelions, in France they're picking dandelions. So, if we look back at the way people really lived, and there are remnants of it now, and they all did that. I'm a major fan of the root vegetables other than the hybrid ones with high sugar content, and too many carrots, and too many beets. There's many, many root vegetables that do not have high sugar content. Yes.

Rejuvilac has not been part of the Hippocrates program for 25 years. I'll explain what that is. Our founder Anne Wigmore was from Lithuania. One of the common drinks they have in the Slavic countries of the world, as Bavaria, up in Germany, is a fermented grain drink where they put water into a jar, and put, usually wheat, in it, and let it sit. And, our idea was that, when it sits it ferments, and you have a bacteria, a good, healthy bacteria. Well some thirty years ago, we started to look at that, and we did some studies at the University of Massachusetts, and realized that it didn't have only friendly bacteria, it had unfriendly bacteria too. So, it hasn't been part of the Hippocrates diet for a long time.
Thank God it was around at a time when they started to develop good, healthy probiotics that you could buy and take into you; that mimic what the gastro-intestinal tract had. But we nicknamed it 'Rejuvirock' by the way.

Kampuchea is worse. The [unint] are two are the major things we tell people who are sick to avoid like the plague, sugar, number one. How you grown it is sugar and bacteria. And then the bacteria creates the fungus. If I wanted to make anyone sick with cancer, viruses, molds, yeast, fungus, I would give you Kampuchea, and Rejuvilac .

Yeah, on the iPod you put a bioprobe. From the Russian technology, where the cosmonauts, where they were studying and testing them. They would literally go up for three days and spend in space and show up twenty to thirty years older biologically. Three days of space. Because the cosmic rays, the radiation, was zapping them, and creating massive free radicals. So I mean this is not an exaggeration. Three days would end up into thirty years - ages you. So they found ways with webs, electromagnetic interrupting webs, around the capsules to put it on. Now when Russia fell, the Germans wisely walked in, and bought up, piece by piece, the Russian space program. And they labored over it for ten years and converted it over to citizen use. And one of the great technologies that came out of it, were the electromagnetic field interrupters. And you put them on, God forbid you're using computers, or cell phones, or iPods, or Blackberries without these.
The good news is that these are only about, what $40 to put on? So all of us for years and years we haven't used those we buy since without putting this on.

Yeah, one is enough and they last forever. When you get rid of the iPod or the cell phone you have to get another one because it goes and it bonds to that electromagnetic. But you can read about it on one of my magazines. About two years ago we recorded this. We also talked about the studies that show why iPods and cell phones create cancers in the brain. Yes.

You have to always be cautious when somebody tells you that there's one thing that cures everything. Where we know that from, in this Swedish and Danish research has shows it increases T-cell and H-cell activity, as do mataki mushroom, reiki mushroom, etc. There are some people out there who are not well informed who are trying to tell people all mushrooms are bad. That is not scientifically valid. All you have to do is get online and look at all of the Japanese research, and it's going to be mind-boggling in what we see with mushrooms.
So I'm a major fan of proper mushroom, there are some mushrooms that are not good because they've gotten off the train of where mushroom began.

No. Carrot juice, around the time that we discovered the Rejuvilac debacle, we also had an extraordinary woman who put this institute on the map. And it wasn't our founders, or Victoria's, or Anna or I. It was a wonderful woman called Edie Mae Hunsberger. And Edie Mae had healed herself from cancer, and found herself with the tumors growing back and the cancers growing back. We traced it to the consumption of fruits. I did a study in Boston and concluded about thirty years ago, that when you ate any form of sugar, any form of sugar, I don't care if it's white sugar, honey, maple syrup, mango juice, carrot juice, beet juice - which has grown world wide, to create sugar out of it - it will feed cancers, viruses, molds, yeast funguses, bacteria. Increase and impact low blood sugar, high blood sugar.
Now, when we started to talk about that, they almost wanted to hang us, because we're all so addicted to sugar. Now there's not a legitimate doctor on the planet earth working in the field of disease, that won't tell you the same thing we discovered here decades ago. Yes?
(I have had a problem over the years trying to get closer wheatgrass juice. But my body just is like "please relax, man" …it's like wheatgrass, like ,what is it? Is it because of me or...just...)
What happens with wheat grass, number one, I don't know anyone, that that's your favorite drink. Anyone? I'll show you a liar and mentally insane person.
I've been drinking this stuff for 3 1/2 decades. I don't dislike it, but I always wash it down rapidly with a green drink or something after it. That said, I remember at the beginning, when I was fairly toxic, and don't make it some new age bologna that you're toxic an that's why you're doing it... That's bologna. I had a bad experience. I upchucked half of it. I couldn't walk in the room, where somebody could say to me "wheatgrass", without me freaking out. That's what happens. So you got that one big, bad experience. Like, my dad forced me to eat peas when I was a boy. I couldn't look at a pea for years. Now I love peas. So, eventually, you'll get over that bad experience, and then you'll be able to . But start with dots. One dot, two dots, three dots... Work your way up to half an ounce, and that's how it works.
And why we'd want to do that with wheat grass is, in the field of nutritional science, the most important research that's ever been conducted is on phytonutrients, photochemicals. And we're blessed her because now they’re doing hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars in global research, on showing why this program heals and kills disease. And what they've discovered is that out of all foods they've tested, for the last forty to fifty years, wheat grass has the highest amount of phytochemicals that kill disease and prevent disease.
Every form of cancer, there was not any form of cancer they didn't test, was killed by the phytochemicals and nutrients. Every form of virus, both rhino - flues, colds, that type of thing; retro - aids, chronic fatigue syndrome, hepatitis C, all killed. Every bacteria. They didn't test every bacteria, but every one they tested was there, and immediately reduced the spiral case from Lyme disease. So, it's something that you want to cozy up to, but believe me, it's not going to be your favorite romance.

(We live 6 months in the year on our sailboat in the Bahamas and anchor. So this year will be our first year that we will be sprouting and .... Are you aware of anyone that's done this before this? )
Oh yes. All of the time. I know people that on their boats, lovely wooden boats. I was on two or three, twenty-something years ago. They actually created little devices so that when the boat rocks, it moves. They put a lot of little hinges, and it was terrific. I knew one group that, she healed herself from brain cancer. And they sailed twelve months a year. They were never off the sailboat. They just abandoned everything, you know, they were working hard and she got herself partly sick because of that, and they were just fed up with everything and they lived in a major city. Pollution was part of it, diet was part of it, stress was part of it. Their marriage was breaking up because they both worked 80 hours a week. They just gave up.
She healed herself, cast her gut on the boat. Flourished. And at times, they told me, in the Caribbean especially; they couldn't eat anything there, because it wasn't organic, so they sustained on 100% sprouts. By the way, if the world seems to be having a problem, grab a lot of seeds, because, you can sustain extreme health on sprouts. So vegetables, forget it. We consider vegetables and things of that sort as condiments. They're fun things to do because we're used to them, but sprouts are really good for nutrition.
As we teach here, you get 10-30 times more nutrition, than you do the beset vegetable you pick and wash and eat. So if you take lettuce, or let's take the highest nutritional, kale, collard greens, mustard greens; an average sprout, like clover, is ten times more nutritious. Wheatgrass, sunflower, peagreens, 30 times more nutritious. So easy, done. There's probably, I'm talking out of my head, but I can't imagine, this movement is so big now worldwide, that there isn't plans on the Internet or something, that you'll find. Now I can't put my hand, or even remember the names of these people, but I'll keep it in mind if you're going to be floating around here.

(I've got a question about the... estrogen...associated with cancer patients.)
Oh the estrogen levels, and the type of estrogen that's in wheatgrass, obviously does not affect or make cancer. We're the institute that wins the awards because more people feel cancer of the breast here than anyplace on the planet earth. So obviously, wheatgrass is part of why people get rid of cancer. There are estrogens like soybeans, that are going to have highly unnatural amounts, that contribute to estrogen-active cancer.
In the new cases of breast cancer it's 88 percent, are estrogen-active cancers, estrogen-sensitive cancer. So you've got to be very cautious. The biggest culprit to that is not food though, it's the manmade fibers you now wear. The polyesters, the nylons, that's where you get most of your estrogens from. So don't worry about food, change your pants.

Sure. Not only have I heard about the acai berry, it's really only people in the West that bring raw acai berry in. Everything else you're buying in health stores has been cooked in the processed. So if you went into that store when it's open, you bring it up from South America, flash frozen, and it's raw acai. The best place to get it is in South America.

Second best is you freeze it, and that's it. As you know it's an aphrodisiac, there, so that's why most of these people want it immediately. Forget the disease effect of that.
Extremely low glycemic, although I wouldn't give it to people with very active cancers or very active viruses but as they heal and remiss, it's something that they can take. Plus it tastes good. Of course, when we were going through the process of developing a relationship with South America, I started to use it myself, and I really felt an energy boost. And I only used a little bit.
(You said that it contains the orus core... they say that the acai berry is ten times more than cranberry juice...)
Oh yes. The fatty acids in it are shocking. It's the best source of fatty acids that's ever been discovered. The next source would be the hemp seeds. So that's the next one. Plus that it has an extraordinary amount of photochemical activity. Probably about half of the wheat grass, but still, for a fruit it's like triple, or quadruple what the average fruit is.

And so what you have to know is that it comes from a country that's very hot. And so it collects sun energy at maximum levels. In the jungles it goes way above everything else and collects that incredibly high UV frequency. That's why it has all of that energy. One last one from somebody new. Raise your hand.

Well, you should ask me because I actually had asthma, before I started this. Asthma is almost always begun with an allergic reaction to dairy consumption and flour crops. So the first thing we always do, and have for fifty-one years, is take people off dairy and flour products. The second thing we do is start to use with non-invasive medicines technologies like electromagnetic and oxygen therapies to help the lungs to come back to normality again. Will they ever be perfect if you've had it at this stage of your life? No. But are they going to be a lot better than they were? You bet. A whole lot better.
Next we're going to target certain particular nutrients in there, and we're also going to target particular essential oils, that have a way to open up the little openings in the lungs. Transmitting oxygens and bringing through a transformance in the lungs. And the combination of all that, let me just put it this way, I've never seen an asthmatic that was willing to do what she should, that doesn't get better. I was a severe asthmatic. I couldn't breathe, I couldn't run.
