The Effective Treatment of Macular Degeneration
This particular form of eye disease is caused when circulation is having a difficult time reaching the eye. This means that the blood that carries the nutrients and oxygen to build the cells of the eye is not arriving in as large a part as it should.
The three things we always suggest:
1. A living, green food diet, the Hippocrates variety.
2. Getting blood flow to the eye. You should use a slant board for 15 to 30 minutes a day, six or seven days a week. You can read or listen to your favorite music while you are doing this.
3. Take nutrients that feed that particular area of the body. You can get these naturally from watermelon seeds. Dry them, then grow them in soil or in automatic sprouting units. These will grow into greens that look like a sunflower. These are the highest form of food-based lutein and xanthan, which are the two most significant nutrients to build the eyes. You can also take the organic forms of these supplements as well.
