What Type of Daily Supplement  Do You Recommend?
This is a question that cannot be answered in a generic sense. The only supplement we know is very important for every one of us take is blue-green algae. We’ve been using it at Hippocrates since our cofounder, Victor Kulvinskas, introduced it over 20 years ago.
Since then, we’ve done clinical research on tens of thousands of human beings and watched what happened to their immunological system. We’ve also seen that it does exactly what the research in the scientific community says, which is help remedy DNA or chromosomal damage that comes from our ancestral heritage. What that means in plain English is that it can prolong your life.
If you live and adapt a lifestyle of integrity, exercise, think positively and eat living food, you will live longer, but you will live much longer by taking the blue-green algae.
How much you take depends upon the individual. You can get the frozen type, which would include LifeGive live or E3Live. This can be purchased all around the world now. Most of us do not need any more than a tablespoon or two a day. If you’re dealing with a disease and trying to strengthen the immune system rapidly, you could increase the dose to half an ounce or more a day.
Chlorella is a green algae that we strongly suggest people look at. If one has an economic constraint, then you could pick one of these. This can usually be found in small pills or powder. This algae also affects the DNA.
Green and blue-green algae are uniquely different ,and many of us choose to take more than one variety. In the Clement household, we would all take five forms of algae every day, which included Chlorella and four different varieties and extracts from blue-green algae.
The basic algae include the frozen varieties like E3Live and LifeGive Live. You should take at least a tablespoon or two. The dose for the Chlorella is five to 20 of the small pills or one packet a day.
There are many people in the so-called “living food community” that purport that they’re experts and claim that there is no need for supplementation. Ask them to show you the evidence of that. We have the evidence. We do blood tests on every person we’ve worked with for decades, at both the beginning and end of their stay.

Liquid Silica
In something I read recently it said you also take Liquid Silica because of your interest in bodybuilding. Could you talk about that. I am just beginning a bodybuilding program and am interested in knowing other beneficial supplements besides the algae's. Thank you.
