I supplement Omega 3’s by using hemp and flax seed oils as well as sunflower and pumpkin seed in my diet. I do not go with the majority opinion that it is not adequate in fish or krill oil is needed for the proper conversion and use in the body. What can you tell me about this?
Well I can tell you that the boys and girls that sell fish and krill oil are making a lot of money. In all the years I have done this work, I have never seen such a sham job, as I have seen with northern cold water fish oil that is as pure as your mothers shining eyes. Forget it. This krill oil, little dead dying miniscule shrimp is another sham.
Let’s address each of these. Anyone that would tell you, that you need to have an animal source oil, is ignoring what I’m going to be publishing in the next three months, quite possibly will be on national television here in the United States by this summer. That all animal based oils such as fish and krill become rancid within a very short time. All rancid oils cause cancer, not because I say so, because all of the medical literature of any value for the last 45 to 50 years has said so. Not because I say so, but because I have watched people on this so called healthy fish oil. Not because I say so, because every single research study that I have read that have anything to do with heavy medal toxins poisoning including mercury in fish show you that the consumption of any fish and certainly including the oil, expedites the development of heavy medal toxins in the body.
Those of you that are out their and still want to believe the majority. The majority tell you a lot that’s unhealthy a lot that is wrong for you. The majority lie to you from the beginning of time. You’ve been part of the majority and that’s why you have been sucked into it. That’s why your sitting here listening to me yell at you tonight, because it doesn’t work.
Lets go back to the real literature that’s being done on such things as flax oil. New England journal of medicine, which obviously prints a lot of propaganda. Occasionally prints something that is real. They just finished a five year study that was published about five months ago, literally showing that the same benefits that are reported to come from fish and krill oils certainly come with out the risk from flax oils. Better yet today if we can get sprouted flax, which is quite a bit more bio available than digestible, and throw a little bit of that sprouted flax on our salads or in our drinks. It would be a much better source than even the oil its self.
Now up above that is hemp. Hemp oil is remarkable and has the most balanced of any oil. Even the proponents of fish oil, will tell you that it is more balanced than what they have in fish oil. Hemp as well as flax oil, when you buy it buy very small amounts of it. Because all if these omega 3,6 9 oils exedra are very volatile and can oxidize quick. The one that oxidizes the most is fish.
Now let’s use some common since. I have given you the science on it. Common since prevails if you have ever fished your self, forgive your self, and if you have ever been around people who have fished. You take that poor creature out of the water and within twenty or thirty minutes it starts to stink. Why because it’s flesh and oil is decomposing. That alone should get you to understand what I have just told you is vividly true.
Now if somehow you are a little brain dead and you didn’t get that. or maybe you have never lived near the ocean and you have never pulled a poor fish out, thank god, and let it sit there rotting in front of you. Maybe you didn’t quite understand it, but if you take these very vulnerable via tale oils, they rot very very rapidly.
