 High Potassium

What should you eat to balance and continue on the raw food diet if you have  high potassium?

I’m not sure what this means. I’ll give you two answers.

If people have kidney concerns, the last thing you want is high potassium. That alarms people when you look at raw food or vegan diets. Raw food diets are very high in potassium.

The intelligent thing to do is to find a food chart. You can ask any government anywhere in the world for a food composition book. Every government I know of has one.

A food composition book has the basic elements. It doesn’t have the living elements in it.

It will show you the foods that are higher and lower in potassium. These would be the foods you emphasize. It will show you the sprouts and juices you should emphasize.

Chlorophyll-rich foods generally have very high potassium. Some have far less than others. Certain sprouts have low potassium and others have spectacularly high amounts of it.

You need to look it up. It’s too much for me to give all of that to you at this point.

The other answer I’ll give you is how to get potassium. Go back to what I just told people with kidney problems not to have. You have lots of grains, algae and juices made from these substances. That will give you a lot of potassium. Potassium is a good mineral for the cardiovascular system, the circulatory system and the neuron function of the brain cells.
