I'm new to the forum.
I am new to raw foods and I purchased some sprout bags and Ann's sprout book to get started.
When I was ready to begin sprouting seeds I have every intention to grow as much of my food from sprouts as possible so I decided to get an opinion from an experienced raw foodist in the community... she told me that sprouts have mild toxins but she told me to rotate from leafy greens and gradually include sprouts.
If I go completely raw consuming only foods from sprouts am I running a risk of any side effects?
I know this may seem ridiculous but I like to stand on the side of caution.
