Dental Health
Modified By DianaPope on 12/1/2009 8:46:57 PM)

Teeth cleaning is the removal of dental plaque and tartar from teeth to prevent cavities, gingivitis, and gum disease. Severe gum disease causes at least one-third of adult tooth loss. Generally, dentists recommend that teeth be cleaned professionally at least twice per year. Good oral hygiene is essential for preventing tartar build-up which causes the these problems to occur. This is done by carefully and frequently brushing with a toothbrush and the use ofdental floss to prevent accumulation of plaque on the teeth. You could aslo use some dental products and dental hygiene products that are available in the market.

Re: Dental Health

Even if you don't have dental insurance and can't afford to go to a dentist, you can still take care of your teeth. It's important to brush your teeth twice a day along with flossing. Brushing and flossing can help prevent most cavities and other problems with your teeth. There is still a chance that you may not prevent every cavity and that is why it's important to see a dentist to help prevent any further tooth decay.
