Pasta Primavera

2 Lbs   fresh mung bean sprouts

2   yellow squash

2   zucchini

1   sweet onion

1   large red bell peper

4 - 5  cloves garlic

 1 bunch   fresh basil

1 Tbls  oregano

6 Tbls  extra virgin olive oil

 

Shred squash into long julienne strips.

Thinly slice onion and red bell pepper.

Pulse garlic, basil, and oregano ina food processor to desired texture.

Toss all in a large bowl and garnish with fresh basil.
