Walnut Pate

2 cups walnuts
1 cup pinenuts
1 cup white onions (peeled and cut into 4 parts)
Herbamare to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
 

Soak nuts overnight.
Pour off the soaking water.
Put nuts and onions through the Champion wiht the mesh blade attachment.
Add the garlic, cumin and herbamare to taste. Mix throughly.

Serves 6


Garnish with Sunfired Red Peper Sauce
