Asparagus with Shitake Mushrooms
Asparagus Mixture
1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons grapseed oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups slived shitake mushtooms
Sauce
1/2 cup pure water
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon Bragg Amino (or to taste)
1 1/2 teaspoon arrowroot
Combine the asparagus, grapeseed oil, onions, and mushroom in a bowl.
Blend the sauce ingredients for one minute and pour over the asparagus mixture.
