Sprouting "The Easy Way"

In this DVD, Michael explains how simple it is to sprout any seed you want to eat! Forget the complications of reading and trying to understand the sprouting books. This DVD will show you that anyone can sprout at home. Everything we show in this lecture is Hydroponic, meaning 'no soil', only water grown. Here are the seeds talked about:

Sprouted: Adzuki Beans, Mung Beans, Whole Lentils (red & green), Fenugreek, Garbanzo, Hulled Sunflower, Pumpkin, Quinoa & Millet.

The GREEN Sprouts: Alfalfa, Broccoli, Clover, Radish, Garlic, Onion, Mustard.
